love your website very informative, didnt know about b-12 tablets very cool and the other preventative measures, I have had cold sores since i can remember but recently just had two cold sores for the first time in over 3 years. 3 years ago was told by an australian relative that if you crush up high strength vitamin c tablets and combine with rough hand cream and apply several times a day it doesnt reduce the time of infection by much but it from what i found that it almost prevents them from returning for a very long time.
In the 3 year absence i had times where i was ill, stressed and tired ect and no cold sore.

Another great way to prevent cold sores from popping up is vitamin B-12 injections, B-12 foods, and/or B-12 vitamins.

They will go away much quicker with B-12 injections. I had some appear and within a couple days, it’d begin to disappear after I got an injection.
