ive got three coldsores at the moment feel realy down just read about home made remedies and now have ice on them and took lyisne so im hoping it will work soon

I’ve found that if you catch the cold sore occurring soon enough during only the itching phase and manage to get ice on it like what the author of this article mentioned you can really reduce the duration of the cold sore or even better prevent one from popping up. Thanks!
